If you or a family member are an immigrant in need of legal services for your immigration process, the Paradise Valley Church has approved a legal aid defense fund to help cover certain legal fees. We also have a MOU with a highly respected local immigration attorney who has agreed to provide legal services to our members for a discounted rate. If you are interested in being considered for these funds, please fill out the following application, and your case will be reviewed by our Legal Aid Ministry committee.

Please note all applications to the Legal Aid Fund will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Information provided by applicants will only be reviewed by the Legal Aid Ministry Committee for the purpose of evaluating eligibility and administering funds. Committee members are required to safeguard applicant information and are prohibited from sharing personal or case details outside of the review and approval process.
